A resonantly conclusive note sees the whole of surgery's grandmastery as the seeded capacity to follow from the ability to transport 'sugar' anywhere in humanity to the ability to conduct food, water, and shelter at any point in humanity. A small finite example can be found in the human body's anatomy. If anything is needed - regardless of whether or not something is wrong - gifting food, water, or shelter to the anatomical location is how it is that one would resolve and make whole what would otherwise have to go without.
