The Philosophy of Public Indecency

Public indecency carries two concepts that must, first, not only be made sense of within the terms of their respective definitions but also the summative agreements and purposes of their terming. The "public" finds definition as any and all persons who reside as active members to a governed populace. "Indecency" coins on to articulate the principles of public behavior wroughtly accepting of certain patterns of action that are not conducive to what can be described as propagable and/or sustainable behavior. The philosophy of public indecency is built on the constitution of their being a way for behavior to be conducted within a setting that is acceptable and decent, but when that behavior is not conducted whole, it results in an environmental inconsistency. That inconsistency is the reason why public indecency exists. The patterned behavior, pattern of behavior, or action, itself, is not able to be conducted whole. It can not be completed. For that reason the term houses the meaning meant to be had in interpreting, comprehending, understanding, and communicating the simple fact of the aforewritten rationale. A public indecency is termed and, even more so, coined as such because it can not be conducted whole - whatever the action and/or behavior is, that is. The fundamental extractions granting of such are the reason as to why the philosophy terms as it does. Classificatory categorizations gift that philosophy in the way of what articulates the principles pathology behind defining what can be conducted as "decent" in public. The fundamental purpose underlying the philosophy of public indecency is one that finds emphasis along these lines of interpretive dynamic as a principled concept of delineative basis. Without the space to do it in, even, there would be no means by which to conduct the act wherein the indecency furthers by wrought accrual.
