  3. An assessment is conducted.

  4. An approach is formulated.

  5. An evaluation of the chosen course of action is done.

  6. The action is cleared for execution.

  7. Execution of the chosen action is conducted.

  8. Monitoring for gradient elements of efficacy is performed.

  9. The process is confirmed as successful and cataloged. OR

  10.  The steps repeat until the process is successful.
