This all happens, when one sleeps. If a murder occurs, one awakens from the dream of life and death's balance into a state of imbalance, and until the imbalance is made right, life and death can not be known, comprehended or understood. When eating, do not be anything other than good, wherein faith, abstinence, sacrifice, and truth will lead to purity and balance being restored.
