Serial Murder, when confronted, tell those who attempt to do so to use 'two' hands to carry cups, et cetera.
Hint hint, Those who pervade in the roles described above conduct their persons with one hand to do everything because it is not possible for them to maintain the moral integrity to conduct their 'government' roles without 'feeling good'.
