If a woman were to kill a man during this time period of modern medicine, it would be by drowning him in milk. That is where the Black Plague (or the Bubonic Plague) started. It was the plague that killed approximately 2/3 of Europe. It was from the murdering of males with milk. It was usually performed in the bathtub.
