The business world makes more sense if you look at it like a submarine manufacturing-based industry.
The cars are road models for naval vessel engineering, and the highway and road designs of a typical municipality or interstate are built, so that travel and long term travel can be made sense of in terms of logistics, maintenance, and engineering capacity. If a submarine were to travel along the same plot that one does in their car, how would it need to be maintained? How would one pilot, or navigate, differently? Would you "back up" as often?
