The difficulty in global planning isn’t formulating an actionable agenda. It is constructing an arrangement that is able to be integrated into the day, because of the continuously active human element that is to be served. There must be a means of integration that falls along correct and appropriate lines. There is no ‘central’ means by which to instrument or orchestrate a blanket implementation, because of the naturally present variation ascribed wroughtly to the human element of the equation. The challenge, then, becomes “How is every part of the worldly community to be connected, cared for, and tended to without there being too much of a disruption in the day?” This delineative dynamic unfolds to reveal that the “two-part” relationship of provider and consumer is one that only works if both sides conduct their roles correctly. The mutual elements that then find their own culmination to be at play are ones that gift what is necessary, but, again, they must be able to be integrated into the throes of the day. If the plan is perfect, but can’t be put into place, it is, in essence, worthless. The novelty will stand as correct, but the inevitability of need will trump the fundamentally successful mechanics. In the case of human society and civilization, then, 'connection' comes to be of ethical discussion. The more effective one understands how all are connected the more effective one can navigate the territory of human living that already naturally houses it as an ongoing element of direct implication. It is how one then conducts that connective dynamic and corresponding element that allows their person to actively, accurately, and effectively maintain that global solution of human design. Fundamental philosophy offers an approach, and it is actionable, intelligible, plausible, and relevant across all paths of existence.
