As one is going about their day, the balance that is naturally apart of it is one which is enriched with their regular dietary habits. Strange sensations and feelings while eating food come from a long line of agricultural practices which have been conducted in an array of disciplines - with slavery being one. The story of food, then, is one that sees cultural practices that are barbaric, profane, and harmful manifest in the lessons that 'food' naturally and holistically imparts. How one goes about consuming it and partaking of it as a part of one's diet is something that dictates how those lessons in humanity are taken into the body. With that knowledge, there is a continued discipline that calls upon one to acknowledge their body as growing - regardless of the process and however human it is.
Post Script, One of the most novel things about eating in steady health cycles is when one begins to 'wake up' to their humanity in such a way that their day becomes 'brighter' by notions of how it is that one is able to experience the world, or existence even, by the token of their person being able to perceive things that otherwise would not be of notice in their typical daily habits and ritual.
