Cruel and unusual punishment is to be detested. It is the way of the lowly and the damned.

Deuteronomy 25:3

Persons who know how to kill know how to feed their own persons. It does not mean that they are always able to, so when there is a matter of incorrect occurrence regarding a provisioning of properly facilitated resources, there is a dispute that ensues - regardless of whether or not the correction is brought up or the dispute is brought up by the persons who would be implicated and relevant in the matter. When something transpires that was not of command by the blood but happens to the blood, the matter is either addressed or isn’t. If the blood does not recognize it, that is the end of it, because the blood has not recognized it. If the blood has recognized it - when regarded at its full integrity and genuine circumstance - it is noted and handled to the full surgical capacity at which it can be handled. Cruel and unusual punishment is one of those circumstances or matters.
